I had to initiate contact, and even then the response was minimal. No one offered a refund, discount, or even to waive shipping costs to make up for the delay. Because of the lack of accountability and poor customer service, I would not recommend this shop.

I ordered various charms and all were fair quality, but the shipping took forever. It was weeks and weeks past the initial ship time quoted. No one communicated with me until I initiated contact and the response I received was underwhelming. Although the charms were fair quality I won’t be ordering again because of the shipping and customer service issues. I would not recommend using this company if you are operating under any type of timeline.
